Our Team

Led by founder, Brett Munro, who started off in the water industry as a 16-year-old youth trainee with United Utilities. Brett has spent the last 28 years working in both the regulated and private water sector which has gained him unrivalled knowledge of water charging and a passionate customer first ethos.

Brett has been at the forefront of challenging the industry monopoly on charging which he now uses to help our valued clients reduce their water costs and plan for a more sustainable future.

How We Work

We believe in building long-term relationships with our clients based on trust, integrity, success and exceptional service. Our dedicated team is always available to provide on-going support, answer questions and ensure complete satisfaction throughout the process to ensure we meet the unique needs of each client.

Our Water Audit, Water Procurement and Water Bill Validation are free of charge and without obligation.

Once we have completed a review of a client’s charges or carried out water auditing services, we will present them with a detailed report outlining any savings that we have identified. If no savings are identified, we still produce a report to confirm that all charges are correct therefore giving the client peace of mind.

Flexible Options

Water Savings

If savings have been identified, we charge on a share of those savings that is agreed with clients at the outset of our relationship in the form of a simple agreement. If no savings are identified, there will be no charge for any service we carry out so the client has no obligations.

In respect of Water Consultancy Services, we charge an agreed day rate that is dependent on the complexity of the work involved and the time required to provide these services.

We provide a number of different options and are flexible to the clients needs to ensure that the relationship works for both parties.
